The rooftop is for hotel guests at Dream South Beach and anyone with a resort pass — one pass covers the pool deck, HIGHBAR and everything downstairs at Naked Taco. Pool and rooftop hours are set by the hotel — check the listing before you come up. Buy a resort pass.
The full happy hour is served up here too — Mon–Fri 3–7 PM, for hotel guests and resort-pass holders. Downstairs, the patio is happy hour all day, every day.
